Special edition Q&A: House insurance & natural disasters

In light of recent events, and since both Soph and Jen were impacted (in a small way!) by the recent floods and cyclone, we decided to dedicate this Q&A episode to insurance. Specifically, how exactly insurance works when you lose your home or experience damage as a result of a natural disaster.
